We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator/Residential Property Manager to join our small family team. This role is pivotal in facilitating the renting of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the property market.
Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions To meet legal requirements.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth process from initial inquiry through to completion.
Stay updated on market trends and local property developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Assist with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management.
Experience
Previous property lettings, property management and administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients and negotiating effectively.
