IPS Estates is an independent and fast-growing letting agency, established in 2009. While our primary focus is lettings, we also handle property sales on occasion. Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new team member!
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Uploading compliance documents and managing important dates.
- Handling phone and in-person enquiries with confidence.
- Conduct viewings, inspections, check out and preparing inventories of properties.
- Supporting office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
Maintain an organised database of properties, clients, and leads.
Prepare marketing materials for properties, including listings on various platforms.
Provide administrative support by managing paperwork related to sales and lettings transactions.
Stay updated on market trends and local property regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Supporting the office in a fast pace environment
Stay informed about local market trends.
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
Administrative experience is essential for managing documentation efficiently.
Confident with Microsoft & Excel.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the property market.
Previous experience in lettings would be adventitious. However, if similar lines of work align with our needs, training will be provided.
Clean Driving Licence and own transport required.
