Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager

to play a key role in managing our growing portfolio, building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and driving business growth.

What You'll Do

Manage a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple locations Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Generate new business opportunities and expand our lettings portfolio Negotiate and prepare tenancy agreements and associated legal documentation Deliver exceptional service throughout the letting and property management process Stay informed on industry developments and relevant legislation
What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for property and the lettings industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on business development Solid understanding of lettings regulations and legal requirements Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:45 am - 5:30 pm Every other Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (with a weekday off) Emergency on call - on rota basis
