Enfields Bournemouth Limited are expanding! We are now looking to recruit an Administrator to join our friendly Lettings team in our busy Winton office!

We are a local family run Estate Agents based on Wimborne Road in Winton. The role will be supporting both the Administration Manager as well as the in house Property Managers.

This role will entail:

Answering the telephone and dealing with queries Greeting clients face to face in the office Uploading invoices to our software Carrying out referencing for applicants and guarantors for new lets Creating tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork for tenancies Chasing signed paperwork from potential tenants via phone and email Protecting deposits with the deposit scheme Booking property visits with tenants and uploading to in house software Liaising between contractors and tenants to book in planned maintenance General office tasks
The successful candidate will play a very important part in our busy office and therefore must:

Have exceptional Customer Service and communication skills Have Typing and IT knowledge Work well under pressure Be able to prioritise Have excellent organisational skills Have a good eye for detail
The hours for this full time role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9am to 3.30pm. This role is to start as soon as possible and salary will be discussed at interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
