Provide clear, accurate information to new and existing licensees about terms, conditions, health & safety, charges, and payment arrangements. Support customers in using online portals to manage their accounts and payments, encouraging digital access and self-service. Prepare reports and presentations, attend resident meetings and forums, and carry out consultations with stakeholders as needed. Maintain accurate computer records, update systems, and manage data in line with GDPR. Carry out general administrative duties, manage your patch proactively, and take ownership of resolving any issues.
