About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and motivated
Lettings & Property Management Assistant
to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and has a genuine interest in the property industry.
As part of our lettings and management team, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and tenants and landlords receive a high-quality service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings Support:
Conduct property viewings, providing prospective tenants with a positive experience
Handle enquiries, book appointments, and support the progression of tenancies
Assist with marketing tasks such as updating listings and coordinating photography where required
Property Management:
Carry out check-ins, check-outs and detailed property inventories
Coordinate maintenance works, ensuring contractors attend promptly
Liaise with landlords and tenants on repair issues, tenancy updates, renewals and compliance
Monitor property conditions and ensure adherence to relevant legislation
Manage notices, follow-ups, and essential documents as part of tenancy management
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records across CRM and management systems
Ensure all compliance documents (ID, right-to-rent, certificates etc.) are collected and stored correctly
Prepare reports, inspection documents and tenancy-related paperwork
Support the team with daily office duties when required
Team Structure & Collaboration
You will work closely with another team member in the same role, allowing for:

What We're Looking For
We welcome individuals who are reliable, enthusiastic and eager to grow. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in lettings or property management (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people, including tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
A strong attention to detail, particularly during inspections and administrative tasks
Ability to work independently, use initiative and follow procedures
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence (essential)
