We're a busy, reputable letting agency seeking a
Property Management Assistant
to help us deliver exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.About the Role
You'll support our property management team with the smooth running of our rental portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and our clients are kept informed every step of the way.
Your duties will include:
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs Liaising with landlords, Contract holders, and contractors Managing property compliance (gas safety, EPCs, etc.) Assisting with inspections and check-ins/check-outs and carrying out mid terms General administrative support and record keeping
About You
Excellent organisational and communication skills Confident working independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and good computer literacy Previous experience in lettings or property management is desirable but not essential A positive, professional, "can-do" attitude
