The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be the
main point of contact
for our landlords and tenants once a property is let. This is an
office-based role
with plenty of variety - no two days are ever the same!
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties.
Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords.
Overseeing tenancy renewals, rent collection, and where necessary, evictions.
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
Chasing rent arrears promptly and professionally.
Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and legislation.
Marketing and managing vacant properties.
Maintaining strong, positive relationships with both landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For
We normally hire for
attitude over experience
, but for this role, some previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
An understanding of the property management process.
A track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Confidence in dealing with people face-to-face and over the phone.

The Details
Hours
: 5 days per week, including 1 in every 3 Saturdays (with a set lieu day off in the week).
Times
: Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm, Saturday 9am-4pm.
Location
: Lettings Head Office, High Street, Chellaston.
