Job description:

It is preferable that applicants have property management (and Reapit software) experience as well as a keen interest in this area. The successful candidate should be able to deliver under pressure and be confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Coordinating check ins, check outs, liaising with landlords regarding repairs and carrying out inventory updates. Carrying out periodic property inspections. Winning new business and finding opportunities.
The Individual:

Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Full and clean UK driving licence. Confident at dealing with clients both in person, over the phone and in writing Provide excellent customer service. Professional, reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic approach Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 17:00pm and Saturdays on a rota, 09:00 to 12:30 (day off in lieu).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,000.00-27,000.00 per year
