About the role

Lettings Property Manager

You'`ll require good organisational skills and be adapt at multi tasking for this role in liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy. Whilst predominantly office based, there will be some out of office appointments for mid term inspections etc.

Property Management Experience is essential for this role.

This position is full time - Monday to Friday to include alternate Saturdays (Day off in Lieu). The ability to work under pressure and have both a good telephone manor and be computer literate. Across everything you do, you`ll need to work in line with our compliance requirements.

About you

You'`ll demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills are a must. You'`ll demonstrate sound judgement and your resilience means you see setbacks not as obstacles, but as opportunities. Previous Property Management experience is essential. A full driving license is essential. Confident, resilient and have a "can-do" attitude Professional, organised and have a great work ethic Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
