We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Intensive Property Manager that can join our established team to support young people living in supported accommodation.
This role focuses on property standards, compliance, tenancy responsibilities and practical skills, not emotional or personal support. You will help young people learn how to maintain their home and report any issues to the supported accommodation provider that require a support worker follow-up.
Key responsibilities
Complete regular property and room checks with young people to ensure homes are safe, clean and compliant.
Report repairs, damage, and maintenance needs in line with company procedures.
Clearly explain tenancy responsibilities and help young people understand what is expected of them to better prepare them for when they secure their own tenancies.
Identify any tenancy-related concerns that support workers need to address and report these to the supported accommodation provider.
Keep accurate records of key work sessions, visits, checks, and any issues identified.
Reporting to the Managing Director.
About You
Essential:
Flexible approach to work.
Experience in housing, lettings, property services, or similar.
Confident in delivering practical guidance or demonstrations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a completer finisher essential.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required).
Pass Enhanced DBS checks.
Desirable:
Experience working with care-experienced young people aged 16-25.
Understanding of tenancy management and property standards.
Knowledge of supported accommodation and social housing.

Pay: 24,784.50-26,325.00 per year
