We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Lettings Manager to oversee the rental process for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring smooth communication between landlords and tenants. Duties
Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties meet required standards by managing and implementing planned maintenance
Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and tenant details, chase rents and carry out checkouts and inspections when necessary
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person, maintaining high levels of professionalism
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors as necessary
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout the lettings process
Handling deposit returns and disputes
Skills
Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or lettings
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues with strong focus on customer service
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in relevant software applications such as CRM systems or property management tools is advantageous but full training will be given
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
