Job Description
Lettings Property Manager - Manchester - \xc2\xa325k My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the North Manchester area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager who will have a strong background in Lettings Property Management. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative. Main Duties to include:
- Overseeing the management of a portfolio of properties
- Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
- Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
- Serving section notices
- Handling evictions and complaints
- Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
- Respond to telephone and mail enquiries in line with department procedures
- Arrange and carry out property visits, submit reports to landlords and follow up any identified maintenance issues
Essential Skills Required:
- Lettings Property Management experience is ESSENTIAL
- Organisation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Articulate
- IT literate
- Full UK Licence and Car for which mileage is paid
