The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for landlords and tenants, combining organisation, communication, and problem-solving to deliver outstanding results.
What You'll Be Doing:
Tenancy Administration
Overseeing new lets and ensuring all legal paperwork is accurate and compliant.
Checking applicant references to guarantee suitability and peace of mind for landlords.
Customer Service
Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries with professionalism and care.
Providing clear, timely updates to keep everyone informed and confident.
Property Maintenance
Coordinating maintenance requests quickly and effectively, liaising with landlords and trusted contractors.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on schedule and within budget.
Maintaining detailed records, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking key tenancy dates.
