We are looking for a Lettings Marketing Advisor to cover the Lancaster & Surrounding area. You will predominantly based at are Lancaster Lettings Hub.

We are ideally looking for people with sales or industry knowledge, however we will consider those looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

The main role of a Lettings Marketing Advisor is to work alongside the and Branch Managers with a specific responsibility to develop a plan and strategy to attract new landlords and properties. Conduct take-on appointments effectively selling company advantages in order to maximise opportunity to gain completed client instructions.

To provide a first class service to landlords and tenants promoting success through recommendation. To nurture and develop new business opportunities and contacts within the local community.
