Lettings & Sales Negotiator

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front of House
Act as a warm and professional first point of contact in person and by phone.
Handle enquiries from landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and contractors promptly and helpfully.
Build strong, positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
Lettings Responsibilities
Arrange and attend viewings, providing landlords with timely and constructive feedback.
Coordinate valuations, inspections, maintenance access and move-in arrangements.
Market rental properties through photography, listing creation, social media updates and window displays.
Progress lets from application to move-in, including preparing tenancy agreements and legally required documentation.
Notify utility providers of tenancy changes when required.
Maintain applicant databases and ensure GDPR compliance.
Handle maintenance enquiries and liaise with contractors.
Assist with check-out processes and negotiate deposit deductions where appropriate.
Sales Responsibilities
Support with sales valuations, instructions and marketing preparation.
Conduct viewings and provide clear feedback to sellers.
Encourage offers, negotiate sales, and progress transactions to completion.
Maintain accurate and engaging property advertisements.
Office & Team Support
General office administration including diary management, filing and handling post.
Process invoices, contracts and documentation using our property management systems (e.g., Dropbox and other industry-standard platforms).
Update internal records and ensure compliance throughout.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and be flexible in supporting wider team needs.
Embrace new tools and technology to improve efficiency and client communication.

Prior administrative experience essential.
Desirable
Experience within Sales or Lettings.
Understanding of property legislation.
Ability to speak Welsh but not mandatory.

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
