The Role

Your sole focus will be to

generate and win new landlord instructions

for our lettings portfolio.
You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline and the support of a motivated team of negotiators and property managers to handle the rest.

This is not a management or admin position -- it's a front-line, results-driven role designed for someone who thrives on new business and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out lettings valuations across East London and convert them into signed instructions. Prospect daily for new landlords via calls, walk-ins, canvassing, and social media. Nurture warm leads and follow up with potential clients. Deliver confident, persuasive market appraisals that win business. Work with our team to hand over new instructions smoothly. Maintain accurate lead records and performance data in our CRM. Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For

in an estate agency. Strong local knowledge of East London lettings market. Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and target-driven. Full UK driving licence and own car preferred.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for property and a strong desire to help clients navigate the buying, selling, and renting process. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance throughout their real estate journey.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive market analysis and property evaluations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service. Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively. Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other documentation to facilitate transactions. Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations to provide accurate advice to clients. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and updating listings on various platforms. Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong organisational skills that enable efficient management of time and resources in a fast-paced environment. A valid real estate licence is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe upon hiring. A proactive attitude towards learning about the real estate market and continuous professional development is essential.
