The Role

We're looking for a confident and motivated Lettings Specialist to join our busy Durham branch. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio and handling tenant and landlord enquiries.

Responsibilities:

Oversee routine property management tasks, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and tenant communication. Maintain accurate records and update landlords on property marketing and management matters. Handle tenant and landlord enquiries efficiently and professionally. Conduct property viewings. Provide feedback to landlords and negotiate terms to secure tenancies. Manage the full letting process from enquiry to move-in. Support business growth through great customer service and local networking.

Requirements:

Experience in lettings or property management preferred. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Full UK driving licence required.

Working Pattern:

35 hours per week
Monday to Friday.
