The Role:

As a

Lettings Valuation Manager

, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our lettings department. You'll be responsible for conducting rental valuations, winning new instructions, and developing relationships with landlords across the Bromley area.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out accurate and market-driven rental valuations Convert valuations into new instructions through persuasive communication and market knowledge Develop strong relationships with new and existing landlords Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth property onboarding Keep up to date with market trends and legislation Achieve and exceed personal and branch targets Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings process

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a valuation/managerial role A full UK driving licence and own car Strong communication and negotiation skills A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach In-depth knowledge of the local lettings market ARLA qualification (not essential - training can be provided)
