Lettings Valuer

for our fantastic

team, leading and growing lettings across Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Ripon, and Harrogate.

What We're Looking For:

Ideally, a Senior Negotiator or experienced property professional looking for their next challenge, with proven ability to win business and grow market share. Able to generate business in a target driven environment Outstanding customer care / customer service experience Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle Ambition to step up into a role with greater responsibility and opportunity to make a real impact.

Your Role:

Lead the growth of our lettings portfolio, win new instructions, and grow market share across Knaresborough and neighbouring towns Win new listings and gain instructions for properties to market. Generate and book valuations. Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion. Administer tenancies (with support). Provide outstanding customer service.
