Role: Experienced Sales and Lettings Valuer
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately value properties for both sales and lettings, converting valuations into new instructions.
Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to ensure informed valuations.
Prepare contracts, measure properties, and upload new instructions to our internal systems and online platforms.
Register buyers, tenants, and vendors, matching them with suitable properties.
Conduct professional property viewings and support clients through the sales and lettings journey.
Negotiate deals to ensure smooth transactions for vendors, landlords, and buyers.
Re-engage and convert previously lost business opportunities.
Maintain consistent contact with clients, offering market updates and maximising sales potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, generate leads, and achieve team targets.
Promote additional services, including insurance and financial products.
Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, lenders, and surveyors to progress transactions smoothly.
Monitor the local market for new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Manage company social media to promote listings and enhance brand presence.
Be an enthusiastic and committed team player focused on collective success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in property sales and lettings valuations.
Strong computer skills and confident use of social media.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
Professional, approachable, and customer-centric.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
