An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and target-driven Lettings Valuer to join a dynamic lettings team. You'll play a key role in growing the lettings portfolio by securing new instructions, supporting tenants and landlords, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Lettings Valuer key duties:
Generate new business opportunities and secure quality property listings using your knowledge of the local lettings market Deliver expert advice and tailored marketing strategies to help landlords achieve the best possible rental returns Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants Match prospective tenants with suitable properties, guiding them through the lettings process with professionalism and care Provide support to the Lettings Manager and take the lead when required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Lettings Valuer requirements:
Proven track record of converting lettings valuations into instructions and driving business growth Energetic, confident, and passionate about property, with a strong people-first approach Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer experience * Full UK driving licence required
