Are you a skilled beauty therapist with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification? or an experienced beautician.

Serenity Nails and Beauty Salon, a well-established business with over 20 years of excellence in the heart of Dorchester, is seeking a part time with view to full-time beauty therapist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry. The ability to thrive in a busy environment and work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to providing treatments of the highest standard. The capability to offer expert advice on our products and services to clients.

What We Offer:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across different areas within our salon, including:

Nail Salon:

Delivering manicures and pedicures in our luxurious setting, using an extensive range of colors from "The Gel Bottle," CND Shellac, and Gelish.

Beauty Rooms:

Providing facials, lash lifts and tints and many other beauty treatments in our spacious beauty rooms, utilizing top-tier skin products by DermaQuest Pure Skin Science. Full training on these products is provided.

Advanced Treatments:

Receive training to operate our DermaCo Pro machine for advanced treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Thermotherapy, Ultrasound, Micro-Current, and LED Light Therapy.

Aesthetics Clinic:

Opportunity to be trained in and perform treatments in our aesthetics clinic, including AW3 IPL technology for hair removal, various skin treatments, and ND Yag Q-Switch for tattoo removal.

Work Schedule:

3 days per week (part time) - view to 5 days (full time), hours are negotiable, they will include Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction. Perform beauty treatments including manicures, pedicures, waxing, eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, tissue massages, subject to qualifications and training. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and guest inquiries. Promote services and products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment. Utilize social media platforms to engage clients and promote services. Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
