We offer a variety of programmes ranging from sports, drama, dance, creative classroom based clubs, innovative games, team building, one on one support, PPA cover, full day workshops, staff training and many more.
We are looking for staff that are enthusiastic, energetic, positive and passionate football coaches to join our team starting with a part-time role building up to a full-time placement. We are looking for professional people who can relate to children, help guide them through a variety of outlets and help children become the best they can be!.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Teach and demonstrate proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
- Plan and organise practice sessions to improve players' skills and teamwork
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
- Communicate effectively with players, coaching staff, and parents
Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in football or similar team sports
Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor athletes of diverse ages and abilities
Excellent organisational skills to plan effective training sessions and manage team logistics
Good communication skills for clear instruction and constructive feedback
Ability to promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude among players
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to sporting activities
Enthusiasm for developing young talent and fostering a love for sport within the community

Duties
Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
Develop customised training programmes to improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
Organise team drills, practice matches, and fitness activities to enhance overall team performance
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players to motivate continuous improvement
Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches by adhering to health and safety guidelines
Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding training schedules, progress, and upcoming events
Assist in organising competitions, tournaments, and community outreach programmes related to football
