Job Title: Level 2 or 3 Nursery Assistant

Location: L25, Liverpool

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant nursery setting in the heart of L25, Liverpool. The role involves providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-5 years, supporting their early years development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage children in a variety of stimulating activities to support their learning and development.

Create a safe and inclusive atmosphere where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Work collaboratively with the nursery team to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and routines.

Maintain accurate records of children's progress and wellbeing, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).

Previous experience working with children aged 1-5 years in a nursery or early years setting.

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in early years education.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

A genuine passion for early years education and nurturing young children.
