Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner

to join our team for

lunchtime support.

Hours to include: 10am-2pm Tuesday to Thursday- All year round.

(Overtime may be available plus additional days if you are looking for more hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and supervision during lunchtime, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children. Encourage positive interactions, helping children with social skills and table manners. Assist with setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after lunch. Promote a calm, friendly environment, attending to the individual needs of children. Support children with personal care when necessary, such as washing hands and using the toilet. Engage in play activities before and after lunchtime.
Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification

(or equivalent). Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting. A caring and patient attitude with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety policies in an early years environment. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed. A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
