Job Description
Premier Education work collaboratively with primary schools to deliver exceptional before and after school care that is innovative, inspiring, and safe for all children within our care. Premier Education successfully run full wrap-around provision in first, junior and primary schools in the Gravesend area. If you are successful in joining Premier, you may find yourself baking cakes, getting creative with our arts and crafts, building lego models in our construction zones, refereeing football matches or any other activity that will put a smile on the faces of our children. What we can tell you is that no two days are the same and we have as much fun as the children!
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work within local schools. Working alongside our team, you will be caring and supporting children in play. You will be creating a stimulating and adventurous environment, allowing children to choose how they want to play.
The candidate does not need any experience for this role but must have a passion for working with children.
Qualification Required
-GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade A*-C/4-9) desirable
Training
The training for the programme will include online learning, webinars, practical sessions and visits in the workplace with an Ofsted Outstanding Training Provider. On completion you will achieve a level 2 Playworker qualification and Functional Skills as required.
Prospects
Following completion of the apprenticeship, there will be further employment opportunities available.
Hours
-Breakfast Clubs: 7:30am-8:30/8.45am (Monday - Friday)
-After School Club: 3pm-6pm (Monday - Friday)
-6 hours per week paid study time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12,000.00 per year
