The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role specifically focuses on delivering high-quality, engaging lessons for

Parent & Baby

and

Toddler

swim classes, with the opportunity to teach older children depending on your skills and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver fun, safe, and progressive swimming lessons for babies and toddlers, accompanied by parents or carers. Build strong rapport with parents and young children to create a warm, supportive learning environment. Monitor swimmer progress and provide feedback to parents in a clear, encouraging way. Maintain a safe and clean teaching environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with our small, supportive team to deliver the highest standard of service.

Requirements:

ASA or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (or equivalent). Valid Parent & Baby / Toddler Swim Teaching Certification. Passion for early years aquatic education. Friendly, fun, and confident communicator, especially with young children and parents. First Aid and Safeguarding certificates (or willingness to obtain). DBS checked (or willingness to complete one through us).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 19.50-24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
