Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment. Your expertise in teaching swimming alongside skills in sports coaching, behavior management, and childcare will inspire learners to achieve their aquatic goals.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring safety and progress.
Support learners in developing swimming techniques, water confidence, and safety awareness through structured coaching.
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and supervising pool areas at all times.
Use your experience in Lifeguard duties to respond promptly to emergencies and enforce pool rules effectively.
Incorporate fun activities such as martial arts, cheerleading, climbing, or basketball to enhance physical development and enjoyment.
Manage behavior effectively by applying positive reinforcement strategies and fostering a respectful learning atmosphere.
Communicate progress clearly with parents, guardians, or program coordinators to support learner development.
Experience
Proven experience as a Level 2 Swimming Teacher or equivalent qualification with a strong background in teaching swimming.

Pay: From 17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
