As an Early years apprentice, you will learn, grow and work alongside experienced practitioners to support children's learning, play and development in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing your Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Some Key Responsibilities of an Apprentice

Assist staff to provide high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Ensure appropriate planning and assessment is accurately maintained for key children Assist with daily routines including, indoor/outdoor activities, meal/snack times Supervise and support children at all times Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff and visitors Follow safeguarding, health and safety and mandatory nursery policies. Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers Work as part of a team to ensure the company's values are maintained Attend monthly staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required Complete coursework and attend training sessions

Pay: From 7.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
