Pay:

25,625 - 26,104 per annum. based on experience (40 hours per week).

About our Nursery

Located in the lovely seaside town of Whitstable, our nursery was formerly the Whitstable Railway Station. Our three open plan ground floor rooms are full of engaging resources, all designed to create a home-from-home nursery environment. We love to explore the local area with the children and will go on frequent outings; making the most of our seaside location with lots of walks to the beach as well as the harbour, castle and park. Our Whitstable community is important to us and so we have regular visits from our blue-light services, we visit the care home and support the Whitstable food bank. We also have on site parking.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you'll:


Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
