Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager and deputise in their absence
Lead, support, and supervise staff
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS requirements are met
Support high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment
Build positive relationships with parents and professionals
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
Experience in a senior early years role
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Confident, organised, and a positive team leader
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 19.5 per week
