Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong ability to manage and communicate effectively with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational programmes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support the educational process. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience, including organising events and activities. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Maintain compliance with all childcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

A background in Early Childhood Education or related field is essential. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
