Position:

Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Age Range:

Birth to 5 years

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours over 4 days

Start Date:

TBC

Salary:

12.21 per hour

Requirements:

- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification

Your Role:

- Deliver caring, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities for children

- Foster a warm, nurturing atmosphere that feels like home

- Support children's individual needs, promoting exploration and learning

- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members

- Act as a Key Worker, maintaining detailed records and observations

- Promote positive behaviour through role modelling

- Follow safeguarding policies, reporting concerns promptly

- Participate in team meetings, training, and CPD opportunities

Founded in 2014, Mucky Munchkins has evolved from OFSTED-graded childminders to a welcoming nursery. We pride ourselves on quality, family values, and a dedicated team caring for 41 children across three rooms: Rainbows, Little Stars, and Tiny Stars.
