Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the
EYFS
Support children's learning, development, and school readiness
Observe, assess, and record children's progress using EYFS guidance
Act as a
key person
, building strong relationships with children and families
Create a warm, inclusive environment that supports all children
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are met
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality provision
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years
(full and relevant)
Good understanding of the
EYFS framework
Passion for early childhood education and development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Ability to engage children through creative and meaningful play
