Job Description
We are looking for a
qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
to join our friendly, supportive early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, caring professional who is committed to providing high-quality early education and care.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the
EYFS
Support children's learning, development, and school readiness Observe, assess, and record children's progress using EYFS guidance Act as akey person
, building strong relationships with children and families Create a warm, inclusive environment that supports all children Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are met Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality provisionRequirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years
(full and relevant) Good understanding of theEYFS framework
Passion for early childhood education and development Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures Ability to engage children through creative and meaningful playWe Offer:
