Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) - Rainbow Day Care, Hoyland

Hours:

Minimum 25 hours per week (set days/hours, full year)

Salary:

Dependent on qualification and experience (above NMW/NLW)

Rainbow Day Care is on the lookout for a very special person to join our outstanding team! This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established setting with an excellent reputation, working closely with our Nursery Deputy Manager, Room Manager, and Owners.

We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of care and education, and we are seeking someone who shares our passion for providing exceptional early years experiences.

What We're Looking For

You will be someone who:

Holds a

Level 3 Early Years qualification

(or is working towards it) Demonstrates responsibility, flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude Has experience delivering excellent standards of care and early education Values teamwork and strong communication Has a warm, smiling presence that makes every child feel special

Quirkiness is encouraged -- if a child appoints you Captain of their pirate ship, you'll take the wheel proudly! Singing on key isn't required -- confidence to sing off-key to a crowd is! You can count multiple rapidly-moving small humans in seconds You're prepared to drink endless cups of pretend tea and taste-testplaydough delicacies You understand that laughter is part of the job description
