Our OUTSTANDING setting is looking for inspirational
level 3 Early Years Practitioner
to join our Pre-school team at Broughton Pavilion.They following would be of benefit:
*Experience in a preschool environment for at least 1 year.
*Be passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic, as well as having a good working knowledge and practice of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
*Have a Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
*Have a Friendly flexible approach to children and primary carer.
*Be able to embrace 'Planning In the moment', supporting children to explore, be curious, whilst being able to input ideas for the provision.
Successful applicants must be able to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation, provide two satisfactory references and undertake an enhanced DBS check prior commencing employment.

The position is to start from January 2026 and is a Full time Position, working Monday-Friday, 8:45-15:00 (Term time only).
