Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning opportunities for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's developmental needs
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 in early childhood education
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
