Job Description

This new role is for our Pre School age group working 4 days 7.30am to 6pm with 1 day per week off as a none working day, this is normally a set day however can be changed dependant on nursery requirements.

Duties
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education minimum Level 3.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team

Pay: 23,920.00-24,500.00 per year
