Due to continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

Role Overview


As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding early years provision. You will support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities



Provide high-quality care, learning, and teaching experiences following the EYFS framework Plan, implement, and assess engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs Act as a key person, ensuring effective tracking, observations, and communication with parents/carers Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Work collaboratively with team members to uphold preschool policies and values Promote safeguarding and follow all relevant procedures to ensure children's wellbeing Contribute to the overall development and continuous improvement of the setting

Essential Requirements



Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development Experience working within an early years setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills A warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach Commitment to equality, inclusion, and high-quality early education

Desirable



Paediatric First Aid certificate Experience with learning journals or digital observation tools Additional training in SEND, behaviour support, or speech and language
