Job Description

At Dino's we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hard working candidate.

Your role as a Room Leader will be to lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care, education and learning opportunities for all children. As part of your daily role you will work with your team to help assess and plan exciting, educational and engaging activities for all children within the room to develop and meet their individual milestones. You must be calm, caring and have a nurturing nature to provide a safe and secure environment. You will need to be confident in maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals/ agencies. You will work with management to promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding is met within the setting.

Experience:

Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader
