We are looking for:-

Level 3 Early Years Educators to support our Managers and Leaders initially in the Baby Room

You will be qualified at Level 3 or above (full and relevant)

All applicants must have paediatric first aid,

or be willing to complete this before employment begins.

We have supported many of our current qualified staff to obtain an Integrated Montessori Approach Certificate and if you are interested in enhancing your Level 3 qualification to include this additional element, we are happy to discuss this at interview.

3 day week 30 hours

4 day week 37-40 hours

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The roles involve creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children in their early years. The Early Years Educator will play a crucial role in fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties



Plan and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of babies and children. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and communicating findings to parents or guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children. Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns.

Skills



Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Strong knowledge of how to care for babies including how to support them through weaning. Leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A nurturing attitude towards children, fostering an environment of trust and support.
