We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the care and development of young children within a nurturing environment, assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Assist with the supervision of children during playtime, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities.
build strong, positive relationships with children, families and work colleagues
ensure a clean, safe and stimulating environment at all times.
observe, assess and record children's progress accurately
uphold and promote safeguarding policies and child protection procedures.
Experience
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
Safeguarding and First Aid Training (or willing to work toward).
Experience in planning and record keeping.
Job Role: Between 20-25 hours per week
