We are seeking a caring, motivated and enthsiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development, and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, supporting children's development, well being and learning in line with the EYFS.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging learning opportunities tailored to children's individual needs .
Provide high standards of care, supporting children's physical, emotional, and social developent.
Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to share information ans support children's progress.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team environment, sharing best practices and supporting each other's professional growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to childcare and early years education.
Maintain accurate records.
Contribute towards inspections and continuous improvement.
Assist in the management of daily nursery operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the nursery environment.
What we are looking for:
A minimum Level 3 recognised childcare qualification.
At least 1 years experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Child devevelopent and safeguarding practices
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with parents, colleagues, and children.
A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children's learning.
A valid Paediatric First Aid Qualification is desirable

Hours:
8.5 hours per day, 4 days per week between the hours of 7:30-6:00
