What You'll Be Doing:

As part of our Bank Staff team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the nursery by stepping in when cover is needed. Your day may include:

Bringing the EYFS to life through inspiring, child-centred activities
Supporting key person work and contributing to learning journeys
Building warm, positive relationships with children, families, and the staff team
Creating a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued
Being a positive role model full of energy, creativity, and kindness
Helping with daily routines -- from snack preparation to tidying and supporting a smooth-running nursery
Communicating professionally with parents and colleagues
Taking part in training and meetings when required
Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

? A full and relevant

Level 3 childcare qualification

? Experience working in an early years setting
? A flexible, proactive approach -- every day will look a little different!
