Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Level 3 practitioner to join our fun and supportive team here at Little Petals, based in Stretford M32. We pride ourselves on creating a home away from home, nurturing environment for the children in our care. We make the children the centre of our curriculum while building relationships with their families too.
Here at Little Petals, the management team promote 'work life' balance by working across 4 days to help prevent burnout that is so often experienced in the Early Years sector! Our family run setting values the individual and promotes for training for our team's personal and professional development.
We are hoping to find an individual who can work as part of a team and someone who can support our vision of delivering the best outcomes for the children. Someone who holds the ability to be an artist, storyteller, den builder, musician while helping our children to learn and have fun is essential!
