EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT

As we get busier here at Ash Park!

We are looking for... a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for someone who has a passion for caring and nurturing babies and young children, whilst supporting their learning and development, ensuring we are giving them the best start in life

As your role as an Early Years Practitioner, you will...

Have good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Be familiar and have good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities in Childcare provisions.

Be able to plan exciting, inviting and challenging learning opportunities that are appropriate for the stage and age of the children

Develop good, strong and positive relationships with both the children and their families

Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Have good communication skills

Have a good imagination, especially when being treated to countless amounts of cups of tea and sausages

Open-minded and positive

Observe and monitor children's development in line with our "In the Moment" planning.

Be keen to support children's learning in both indoor and outdoor environments, no matter the British weather

Sing in or out of tune Nursery Rhymes time and time again

Job Details:

Full Time

Start Date - 01 November 2025

Hours will be between 7.30 - 18.30, Monday to Friday.

Excluding Bank Holidays and 2 week at Christmas

All positions are subject to a Enhanced DBS clearance and 2 satisfactory references
