Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support for children in a nursery setting. This role requires effective communication skills, Being able to work within a team and collaborate with the wider team, an understanding of Safe guarding and Child protection, and the ability to manage and engage with children in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care and support to children in accordance with early years standards. Putting Safeguarding as a paramount objective Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare and early education. Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children's needs are met efficiently. Observe and assess children's progress. Support our children to be independent learners and grow to be confident To support and manage children's behaviour in a positive way Collaborate with other practitioners to ensure a cohesive approach to children's learning and care.

Experience

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent is essential. A good knowledge of the EYFS Development Matters framework Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and staff. A genuine drive for working with children and contributing positively to their growth and development.

Pay: 12.70-12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
