We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Preschool Practitioner to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate literacy, math, and sensory activities aligned with curriculum standards such as Montessori or other early childhood frameworks
Support children's social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive behavior management strategies and individualised attention
Create a safe, welcoming Preschool environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independence
Collaborate with colleagues to develop inclusive strategies for children with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism or other developmental challenges
Engage effectively with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, share observations, and discuss developmental goals
Manage Preschool routines, transitions, and activities to ensure smooth daily operations
Utilise Preschool management techniques to foster respectful interactions among children
Requirements
Proven experience working with young children in preschool settings or daycare environments
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
Experience with lesson planning, curriculum development, and literacy education for preschoolers
Familiarity with behavior management techniques and Preschool management strategies
Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or working with children with autism or disabilities
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage parents positively
Previous experience in Early year settings preferred
Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive environment that supports children's care and early learning milestones
Full and relevant level 3 in Early years
