We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic
Level 3 Qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioner
to join our team at an exciting time for our setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education within a nurturing Early Years environment.
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development, acting as a positive role model and contributing to outstanding practice across the nursery in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS statutory framework
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that support children's learning and development
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports all children
Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and children's wellbeing at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
Follow all nursery policies and procedures
About You
You will be a confident and nurturing practitioner who is passionate about Early Years education and committed to providing the best possible outcomes for children.
Essential:
Full and relevant
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Experience working within an Early Years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive, and child-centred approach
Desirable:
Paediatric First Aid qualification
Experience as a key person
Knowledge of observation, assessment, and planning processes
